Even in TFT the CertainlyT champ has to make headlines.. I've never seen a 3 item tier2 akali in a 4 ninja and/or 6 assassin comp lose ever. None of the times I use her, vs her or see her on stream. I know 3 item 4 cost tier2 full synergy is a high requirement but I've seen plenty of draven, gnar and brand lose under those conditions..
